If this continues I guess most of the people are talking about going elsewhere, the customers do talk to each other and I have heard many times that they are sick of it. I should be able to get a drink at any time, regardless that I come in the early morning hours, one server for the whole floor is pathetic. I am so disappointed more about the servers than anything. I am also upset that you have both Fort Knox machines in the non smoking and at one time you had one in each section, so I know you have lost business on those machines. Your bottled water is warm and the drinks that you do serve from the trays that the waiters are carrying are all watered down and nasty. I have ordered drinks and the waitresses never come back, and I always tip and most of them know that I do. I have been in the smoking section for over four hours and never saw a soul. Your waitresses leave a little to be desired. Even pizza might not be bad, all you offer is hot dogs or breakfast. I go to the Casino a lot and I am very disappointed in the food choices, Some type of buffet would be good and even though I am not usually there during the normal hours, they should have better choices in what they do carry.
