I told her if the wait is about half hour or so as mentioned by Joyce, we will wait and she said ok. The front desk agent Joyce who was pleasantly helping us had told us that it would take about half hour for the rooms to be ready and that is when Madeline Mullen jumped in and said that if we wanted our rooms right away they are available on a different floor. The check in time was 4:00 pm and we were told to wait for 2 rooms out of 4 because they were not ready. Upon check in we had requested 4 rooms on the same floor (even at the time of booking 2 weeks prior to our stay we had requested that).
